Visit to the cheese factory

Lac Rose 

We've created a small goat cheese dairy thanks to our herd and Moussa's expertise; we make feta and tomme cheeses. Moussa would be delighted to give you a tour (milking the goats, cheesemaking, tasting).

And to learn all about milking goats and making cheese (a few hours in the morning) we welcome you to the cheese factory.

Canoe trip in the bolongs.

Sine Saloum - Barracudas

Half-day excursion: Boarding a dugout canoe for Saloum National Park. Return to the Barracudas in the late morning. If you wish, we can bring fishing rods and explore the small and large bolongs (tidal creeks).

Kayak trip in the bolons.

Aboard our RTM Ocean Duo kayaks, equipped with dry bags, comfortable seats, and paddles, and for you, life jackets and kayak booties, we will take you to discover the remarkable ecosystem of the Sine Saloum's bolons (tidal creeks). Experience the tranquility of the deserted islets planted with sacred baobabs and inhabited by hyenas (whose tracks we will discover), mongooses, jackals, green monkeys, goliath herons, long-tailed choughs, ospreys, cormorants, kingfishers, and many other wildlife. Navigating the meandering bolons, you will discover this still pristine natural environment. The excursion is accompanied by our kayak guide, who will also share insights into the culture of the Serer Niominka people, who have inhabited these lands for generations. Stopping on pristine beaches for impromptu swims, walking on sandbanks at low tide, we offer you a true moment of communion with nature.

All our walks are accompanied by an eco-guide.

Lompoul Camp Rêve de Nomade 

Travel by 4x4 from the desert to the vast, unspoiled beach of the Grande Côte. In the shade of the filao trees (a tropical pine-like tree), the team will prepare a barbecue lunch of crab, shrimp, or grilled fish, rice with yassa sauce, fruit, and drinks (one beer or soda, mineral water, and Senegalese tea). Return to the Desert Camp by 4 pm.

PRICES : minimum 4 people

4x4 departure at 12pm / return around 4pm.

Sine Saloum - Barracudas

Day 1 - Board a dugout canoe for a day in Saloum National Park. We'll bring some fishing rods. Enjoy a Robinson Crusoe-style barbecue on a deserted beach. Relax in the shade listening to the birds, swim in the bolong (tidal creek), or walk in search of fiddler crabs. Return to the Barracudas via Hyena Island, searching for their tracks on the sandbar.

Wake up very early for an African safari experience. We join at sunrise
sunshine, the Fathala forest on the border with Gambia; we embark on a
open 4x4 safari vehicle, offering a 360° view.
